Kocok telur, gula pasir dan TBM sampai kaku&lt;br /&gt;2. Tambahkan tepung terigu dan minuman bersoda bergantian sambil diaduk rata&lt;br /&gt;3. Panaskan mentega tumis bawang bombay hingga harum, masukkan terigu aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tuang kaldu dan semua bumbu, aduk rata. Setelah mendidih, angkat, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mashed POtato&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;1 kg kentang, pilih yang besar2&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm mentega&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt lada&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt pala&lt;br /&gt;50 cc susu cair&lt;br /&gt;keju cheddar secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Parsley secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;1. Pilih kentang sama besar, cuci bersih kulit, jangan dikupas&lt;br /&gt;2. Belah dua sama besar, kukus&lt;br /&gt;3. Kerok daging kentang, jangan sampai robek mengeruknya, usahakan kulit spt mangkuk.&lt;br /&gt;4. Daging kentang dihaluskan, ditambahkan mentega, merica bubuk, garam, susu cair sedikit, aduk dengan penghacur kentang sampai lembut&lt;br /&gt;5. Aduk lagi sampai kering. Tambahkan air jeruk lemon. Aduk rata. Dinginkan&lt;br /&gt;2. Kulit : Kocok mentega asin, margarin, dan gula tepung 30 detik. Tambahkan kuning telur, kocok rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan almond bubuk, aduk rata. Tambahkan tepung terigu, tepung maizena, dan susu bubuk sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Kocok margarine dan tepung gula 30 detik, tambahkan kuning telur, kocok rata&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan tepung terigu sambil diayak dan diaduk rata&lt;br /&gt;3. Tambahkan kacang mede halus dan garam, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;4. Ambil 1 sdt adonan bentuk bulan sabit (dians : menggunakan cetakan berbentuk bulan sabit, ambil langkah praktis..:D)&lt;br /&gt;5. Kocok margarine 30 detik (gk boleh lebih)&lt;br /&gt;2. Tambahkan keju edam parut sambil diaduk rata&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan tepung terigu, maizena sambil diayak. tambahkan garam, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;4. Timbang adonan masing2 7 gram, pulung adonan sambil dipadatkan lalu tata diloyang kue kering yg dioles margarine. (dians : dicetak dengan cetakan kastengels)&lt;br /&gt;5. Rebus air dan ayam kampung sampai mendidih diatas api kecil. Saring air kaldu (1500 ml) dan didihkan lagi bersama ayamnya.&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan minyak. Bumbunya juga gampang...tambah gilingan cabe merah, klo suka pedes banyakin aja cabenya. diajarin ma ibuku ditambah kacang tanah mentah yg diulek bareng cabe. Berapa banyak..ilmu kira2 deeh yg main. Hehehehehe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Didihkan air secukupnya, lbh enak lagi masukin sedikit daging, trus bumbu ulek trus sayuran...masukin sayuran dari yg paling keras teksturnya sampai yg paling lunak..*maaf bahasanya ngaco* biarkan semuanya matang...eeeh..jangan lupa garam dan gula secukupnya. makan bersama nasi panas, sambal terasi dan ikan asin. Isi : Panaskan margarine, tumis bawang bombay sampai harum. Masukkan tepung terigu. Aduk sampai berbutir.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tambahkan air kaldu sedikit demi sedikit. Aduk sampai licin. Masukkan susu cair. Aduk sampai licin.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan ayam, kacang polong, dan garam, merica, pala, gula pasir, dan keju parut. Aduk rata. Angkat dan dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Kulit : Kocok lepas telur dan garam. Tambahkan susu sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;5. Lakukan sampai adonan habis&lt;br /&gt;7. Ambil selembar kulit, isi, lipat. Celupkan ketelur. Gulingkan ditepung panir kasar&lt;br /&gt;8. Air dimasak hingga mendidih...&lt;br /&gt;2. Pada saat air mendidih, tuang kedalam tepung beras, aduk2 hingga menjadi adonan. (nah ini sebenernya adonan tepung beras sudah setengah matang)&lt;br /&gt;3. Klo pada saat mengulenin masih terasa keras, tambahkan air panas mendidih kedalamnya. Aduk terus hingga menjadi adonan yang liat.&lt;br /&gt;4. Bagi tiga adonan, beri pewarna merah (aku tidak pake), pewarna hijau (aku buat dari 15 lbr&lt;br /&gt;daun suji + 5 lbr daun pandan, iris2, blender, saring), dan putih.&lt;br /&gt;5. Nah, sampe disini proses adonan masih keras, tambahkan air dingin/pewarna sampai adonan tersebut terasa lemas, bisa untuk dicetak kedalam cetakan putu mayang.&lt;br /&gt;6. Panaskan dandang, alas dengan daun pisang yang dioles sedikit minyak goreng. Cetak putu mayang, kukus hingga matang.&lt;br /&gt;7. Katanya seeh ini sambal asli dari Padang, selain sambal cabe ijo, sambal lado tanak (ini nanti aku posting...), sambal balado, dll yang sudah terlebih dahulu kesohor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Terbuat dari udang rebon yang disangrai, dicampur cabe yang diulek. Aduk2 jadi deh...Rasa pedesnya yang mengigit dicampur ma udang rebon. Terigu dicampur dengan telur, air kelapa, air dan garam. Aduk2 hingga semua tercampur rata (klo aku, krn males ngaduk2, semua bahan setelah dimasukin air diblender sebentar)&lt;br /&gt;2. Panggang adonan dengan menggunakan cetakan kue serabi. Lakukan terus hingga adonan habis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saus Kinca&lt;br /&gt;1. Rebus gula merah dengan daun pandan hingga larut, setelah agak dingin saring untuk menghilangkan kotoran.&lt;br /&gt;2. Rebus gula merah dan santan hingga mendidih. Setelah mendidih masukkan maizena yang diencerkan dengan air,  masak hingga mendidih kembali.&lt;br /&gt;3. Sajikan saus kinca dengan serabi.&lt;br /&gt;4. Goreng kentang hingga matang, haluskan&lt;br /&gt;2. Haluskan (E) campur dengan kentang yang sudah dihaluskan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tambahkan daun bawang yang diiris halus, bawang goreng, aduk rata.\&lt;br /&gt;4. Tambahkan telur, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Bentuk, bulat atau lonjong, terserah deh..&lt;br /&gt;5. Panaskan minyak.&lt;br /&gt;6. Kocok lepas telur&lt;br /&gt;7. Celupkan perkedel yang sudah dibentuk ke dalam telur, goreng hingga matang (berubah warna menjadi kecoklatan), sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Soto Padang.&lt;br /&gt;1. Rebus air, masukan bahan (A) + (C)&lt;br /&gt;2. Didihkan, hingga daging matang.&lt;br /&gt;3. Setelah daging matang, angkat. Iris tipis2, goreng hingga garing&lt;br /&gt;4. Haluskan bahan (D), tumis hingga harum dan matang.&lt;br /&gt;5. Campur tumisan bumbu halus kedalam rebusan daging dan tulang, masak kaldu dengan api kecil hingga mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sambal.&lt;br /&gt;1. Haluskan cabe&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis cabe halus hingga harum dan matang.&lt;br /&gt;3. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Penyajian&lt;br /&gt;1. Soun, daging, perkedel taro didalam mangkuk.&lt;br /&gt;2. Siram dengan kuah soto.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tabur dengan bawang goreng, daun seledri&lt;br /&gt;4. Tambahkan sambal dan kerupuk secukupnya.&lt;br /&gt;5. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus sampai harum. sisihkan di pinggir wajan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan telor, aduk hingga berbutir. Tambahkan ayam suwir. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan nasi, kecap manis, garam dan daun bawang. Aduk rata sampai matang.&lt;br /&gt;4. Dingin2 begini makan Tom Yum Kung hangat2...sluurp sedep beneeer..Rasanya yang sueger, pedes2 dikit, hangat, ma gurih dari udang dan jamur. Ayuuk..silakan dicicip tom yum kung ala dapur salamkueh.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aku bersyukur banget tinggal di Indonesia Raya, yang hasil rempah2 terlengkap dan mudah didapat. Di Pastrad juga tersedia...karena ternyata tom yum kung sarat dengan rempah2. Tumis bahan pasta tom yum sampai harum. Angkat. Setelah dingin, blender halus.&lt;br /&gt;2. Didihkan kaldu, jahe, lengkuas, daun jeruk, pasta tom yum, serai, gula, garam, dan kecap ikan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tambahkan udang, jamur, dan cabai rawit. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Biarkan sebentar lalu masukkan daun ketumbar. Aduk sampai daun ketumbar segar warnanya. Angkat. Nomornya...hmmm..lupa..itu pun kartu ketinggalan di laci kantor. Tapi yg aku inget alamat kantor Pajaknya ada di daerah Dewi Sartika. Siip deh, deket rumah...gak ding jauh juga mesti nyambung naik angkot juga.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cuma sampe sekarang tetep bingung neeh...kegunaan NPWP buat apa yaaah??? selain fiskal gratis. Yang konon kabarnya biaya fiskal akan naik 3 kali lipat, tapi klo punya NPWP gratis...bahkan sampe sekarang pun tanda terima blm dikirim juga tuh ke kantor pajak. Alasan klasik..gk sempet booo..(hihihi padahal tinggal kirim doang pake jasa tiki..dasar pemalas!!!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well, pada akhirnya mudah2an nnti klo aku punya usaha sendiri (amiiin) aku jadi gk bingung lagi, masalah bayar pajak, sebagai warganegara yang baik tentunya. Pertama tepung2an (tepung terigu, susu bubuk, gulapasir, ragi instan) aduk rata. baru deh masukin telor, dan air es aduk terus sampai kalis terakhir masukin deh garam dan margarine uleni terus sampe elastis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk membuat roti jangan pernah menggabungkan garam (garam beneran ma margarine/mentega) dengan ragi. Siapkan loyang bulat diameter 18 cm, olesi dengan mentega. alasi dengan kertas roti, olesi lagi dengan mentega, hingga rata. Lapisi bagian luar dengan aluminium foil, pastikan loyang kedap air. Siapkan loyang untuk air rendaman, isi dengan air 1/4nya, saat pemanggang tinggi loyang tidak boleh lebih dari 1/3 loyang adonan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Parutan keju+mentega+susu dalam panci kecil. Panaskan diatas api kecil sampai keju larut dan menjadi creamy. Jaga supaya krim keju jangan sampai gosong.&lt;br /&gt;3. Dalam keadaan hangat, ayak terigu + maizena, aduk rata. masukkan kuning telor, aduk rata. Masukkan air jeruk nipis. Pastikan semua bahan menyatu.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan loyang yg berisi air ke loyang,nyalakan oven hingga suhu 160 derajat, jika tidak menggunakan oven tangkring (tidak ada termometernya), nyalakan api kecil saja. Asal api biru menyentuh dasar oven.&lt;br /&gt;5. Kocok putih telor, masukkan gula pasir kocok sampe soft peak (masih ada jambul petruknya) jangan sanpe terlalu kaku. Masukkan kocokan putih telor ke dalam adonan keju. Aduk hingga rata bener. Tuang adonan ke loyang.&lt;br /&gt;6. Cek loyang, jika sudah hangat (tidak sampe mendidih, ada gelembung2 kecil didasar loyang) Ini namanya teknik pemanggangan au bain marine.&lt;br /&gt;7. Dalam keadaan hangat, balik adonan diatas serbet. Hati2 krn cake ini sangat lembut.&lt;br /&gt;8. Penyelesaian : Selai aprikot dihangatkan dengan air matang. Kali ini aku pake vla karamel, ternyata cocok juga koq. Rasa pudingnya yang coklat banget dipadu dengan saos karamel yg legit, manis ma pahit dikit. Rebus susu, coklat (sebelumnya sudah dicampur dengan susu hangat sampai tercampur rata), gula pasir, agar - agar dan jeli diaduk sampai mendidih&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan DCC aduk - aduk.&lt;br /&gt;3. Matikan api, masukkan kuning telor yg sebelumnya sudah dicampur dengan adonan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tuang adonan kuning telor ke dalam adonan agar-agar, nyalakan api. Masak lagi sampai mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;5. Aduk - aduk hingga uapnya hilang, tuang kedalam cetakan. Dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan saos karamel.&lt;br /&gt;100 gram gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;250 ml air hangat&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm maizena larutkan kedalam 50 ml air.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat.&lt;br /&gt;1. Panaskan gula pasir sampai larut tambahkan air, aduk hingga larut. Kentalkan dengan larutan maizena. Hasilnya adalah muffin dengan rasa getir, krn kebanyakan baking powder. Tapi tekstur beda ma muffin pada umumnya. Pokoknya enak..cuma rasanya getir....&lt;br /&gt;Kedua, salah prosedur..hrsnya dimasukkan cairan margarine sedikit demi sedikit jangan sekaligus, entah kenapa hari itu aku dengan pede memasukan cairan margarine sekaligus. Oven harus sangat panas, klo bisa 15 menit sebelum, begitu adonan masuk turunkan suhunya.&lt;br /&gt;2. Pada saat memasukkan bahan campuran margarine panas - panas sambil dimixer dengan kecepatan sedang sampai hangat. Masukkan dengan sambil dikucurin,&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt; jangan sekaligus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Agar mendapatkan muffin yang seperti gunung, masukkan adonan tepat ditengah cetakan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Isi 3/4 saja, krn kue akan menggunung pada saat dipanggang.&lt;br /&gt;5. Konon adonan ini sakti, bisa diinapkan di kulkas (klo aku pribadi blm pernah coba)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;250 gr tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;230 butter&lt;br /&gt;110 cc air&lt;br /&gt;2 gr garam (klo dah pake butter salted, gak usah pake garam)&lt;br /&gt;200 gr telor (timbang gak pake kulit)&lt;br /&gt;300 gr gula (bisa dikurangi sampai 30%)&lt;br /&gt;8 gr baking powder&lt;br /&gt;50 gr bahan tambahan sesuka hati (Coklat chip, keju, atau aneka selai)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;1. Rebus butter, air, dan garam sampai mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan tepung terigu ke dalam kom mixer, masukkan bahan campuran butter panas-panas lalu dimixer dengan kecepatan sedang sampai hangat, memasukkan campuran butter sambil dikucuri gitu, jangan langsung dituang sekaligus.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan Vanili&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan telor satu persatu&lt;br /&gt;5. Campur gula pasir ma baking powder sampai rata. Lalu masukkan kedalaman adonan, kocok sampai cukup rata.&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan bahan tambahan.&lt;br /&gt;7. Masukkan adonan kedalam piping bag, potong ujungnya.&lt;br /&gt;8. Rasa kulitnya renyah,krenyes-krenyes, ada lumeran lembut vla trus sensasi rasa asam dari buah - buahan segar. Selalu gunakan buah yg segar bukan kalengan, agar penampilannya cantik.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kulit pie bisa dibuat jauh hari simpan dalam wadah tertutup. Pada waktu disajikan baru deh dihias.&lt;br /&gt;Tetap krenyes - krenyes. Fruit pie jadi snack favorit di rumahku, Bikin satu resep rasanya kurang ..sampai ada order fruit pie 50 buah terpaksa sampai bikin 4 adonan, request orang - orang rumah yang telah jatuh hati ma si fruit pie ini. Tusuk - tusuk bagian bawah dengan garpu agar pie tidak menggelembung. Terpaksa beli di Pasar Pramuka dan ternyata...harga dah naik semua...:-((  Aku pikir hanya kebutuhan pokok aja yg naik, tapi ternyata jarum untuk akupunture pun ikut - ikutan naik. Ada apa seh sebenernya, sampai jarum pun ikut - ikutan naik juga????&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Padahal salah satu misi aku adalah memperkenalkan bahwa pengobatan akupunture murah, aman, dan mujarab. sambil memperkenalkan pengobatan herbal dari tumbuh- tumbuhan yg tanamannya tumbuh subur di Indonesia. Mulai dari sakit pusing2, perut mual, masuk angin, demam pilek, sampai urusan kecantikan dari pelangsingan sampai jerawatan. Klo soal jerawat, aku ahlinya (bukannya mo menyombongkan diri..secara mengalami juga...).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pada suatu hari seorang sahabat main kerumah, dia dah mengalami batuk ma pilek selama seminggu. Dengan sedikit memaksa akhirnya dia menyerah untuk mau diakupunture. Alhamdullilah sekali terapi batuk ma pileknya langsung hilang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Karena biaya ke dokter mahal bgt!!! maka saya nekad belajar akupunture, sebenernya juga terinspirasi ma sinetron Korea "Jewel in the place" dimana tokohnya ahli akupunture. Di salah satu adegannya ada ibu hamil yang harus mengeluarkan bayi yang masih tertinggal didalam perut, trus si tokoh utama hanya dengan menusuk daerah didekat mata kaki, trus bayinya keluar deh...ajaib kan??? Di salah satu adegan lagi guru si tokoh utama mendeteksi penyakit hanya dengan denyut nadi dan warna muka (padahalkan warna/rona setiap orang sama, bukan?!?!)  Menurut aku itu aneh...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tetapi setelah mempelajari, yaaah...memang spt itu akupunture. Klo mau induksi melahirkan memang disitu titiknya saya sendiri dah praktek...bener loh. Seorang sahabat saya hamil 9 bulan lebih 2 minggu. Bayi dah masuk  jalan lahir, tetapi tidak ada tanda - tanda klo si jabang bayi mau keluar, setelah diterapi 4 kali. 5 hari kemudian bayi lahir normal dengan selamat. Konon katanya..pada saat diterapi sibayi menjadi aktif, yaaah..bgmana gak aktif bundanya kan kesakitan lagi ditusuk. Hehehehe....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Walaupun melakukan terapi akupunture, tetap aja aku paling takut klo ditusuk. Kocok telor &amp;amp; gula hingga putih dan mengembang (tp gak perlu sampai naik tapi klo aku cukup sampai telor ninggalin jejak dan berubah warna), trus masukin garam dan vanili sambil terus dikocok.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tuangi santan, aduk rata masukkan kentang sedikit2 kedalam adonan sampai kentang abis. Trus masukkan tepung terigu sambil diayak dan diaduk sampai rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuangi mentega leleh aduk rata. Tips cara melelehkan mentega cukup sampai meleleh saja,jangan sampai berubah warna menjadi jernih.&lt;br /&gt;4. Panaskan cetakan kue lumpur,poles mentega, tuangi 3/4 penuh. Tutu[ biarkan setengah matang taburi topping tutup lagi biarkan sampai matang. Setiap liburan, seneeeeeeeng banget. Waktunya berekspolari di laboratorium saya (maksudnya dapur getoo loh...). xixixi..libur tiga hari, setelah di bombardir ama yang pingin bekam (maklum mau puasa, orderan bekam juga banyak), waktunya mencoba resep baru..akhirnya dipilihlah yang simple, cara buatnya gampang, bahannya juga mudah didapat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Penasaran ma rasa bluder, yang konon katanya rasanya dan teksturnya pertengahan antara roti dan cake (hmm..bener gk seh???), baca resep (resep diambil dari majalah sedap sekejap, timbang resep, kocok2 adonan, di fermentasikan 45 menit (wak!!! lama amat, kakakku dah mondar - mandir nanyain matangnya kapan?? weleh..weleh..dipanggang aja blum koq). trus di panggang deh..tarararaa..akhirnya bluder tape matang dengan sempurna. Sebelum diserbu ma orang rumah. Ini penampakannya (maaf fotonya agak2 burem2). Masukkan biang.Kocok rata&lt;br /&gt;Tambahkan sisa tepung terigu dan baking powder sambil diayak dan dikocok perlahan bergantian dengan santan. Masukkan coklat chip. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;Tuang diloyang tulban diameter 24 cm, tinggi 7 cm yang dioles margarine. Resep diambil dari Buku aneka Pastry sedap sekejap. Ternyata ada triknya membuat kue sus sukses..gunakan tepung berprotein tinggi, masukkan telor kedalam adonan, tunggu sampai adonan dingin atau...sampai uap panasnya hilang juga gak pa2. Trus masukin deh telornya satu persatu.
